Melissa will do a 3 hour deep dive on your portfolio/situation and help you decide on the best way forward.
This is a 3 hour chunk of time and can not be split.
Part 1 of this process is done by Melissa alone and part 2 is with you on a call.
Please note, every portfolio is different, the combined time for the entire process is 3 hours of Melissa’s time.
Depending on the complexity of your portfolio this may take 1 to 2 hours.
Whatever time is left will be spent on a call with you.
In preparation for this call it is recommended that you put together your own assessment of your portfolio, including when you made the purchases, residual debt and current interest rate, yield, who’s paying outgoings etc as well as your intentions at the time of purchase and your intentions now.
