As We Get To Know Each Other… You’ll Quickly Realise That I’m The Luckiest Person On Earth – So Let’s Talk About Where I Was On 3rd Of February 2015
I was 44 and living in Gippsland, Victoria.
I had no savings to speak of.
I was working 90 hours a week in my small business just to make ends meet.
I had no sense of financial security or stability.
I could not see any way out.
I did, however, have a negatively geared property portfolio that was sucking the life out of me. It was taking $96,000 a year out of my pocket with no end in sight.
